This October, we welcome Amy as our guest facilitator for Sister Circle — guiding us through an evening of movement, reflection, and self-empowerment.
Movement carries meaning and power, and this sacred session invites you to connect your intuitive wisdom through embodied practice. Be among the first to experience Amy’s Movement Medicine Journey, a workshop that weaves together the Shamanic Medicine Wheel with mindful movement to open the pathways of the body, mind, and spirit.
Through gentle, intentional movement, you’ll learn to clear the mind, listen to your body’s language, and awaken your spirit’s whispers. As we move, we release what no longer serves us, spark creativity and insight, and deepen our self-awareness.
No prior experience is needed.
